I have been highly involved with sport all my life whether in training, studying or coaching. For the past 15 years I have been a competitive swimmer, runner and triathlete. I am still committed to training for at least 14 hours per week alongside teaching 12 hours per week. I like to set myself fitness challenges every year to focus on. In the last four months I have completed a range of races such as the Tapnell Farm Cross Country 10k, The Solent Swim, The Muddy Ball run and Bournemouth 10k. In August I swam the Solent Swim in 35 minutes, finishing 4th overall and 1st female.
