After training in the gym and participating in exercise classes for several years, I decided to pursue a career in health and fitness and qualified as a level 2 Fitness Instructor in 2016. I love being active and commit to weekly training sessions including running as and when I can around being a mum. I have completed several 5K running races and this year in 2019 completed the New Forest 10k running event.
