I have been teaching yoga for the past ten years and take my yoga into sports fitness conditioning and also use it for rehabilitation. I love paddle boarding, and of course yoga-ing on my paddle board. I am a novice surfer but love to get out on the water at any opportunity. I am always looking at ways to enhance peoples lives through yoga and helping people adapt to bring yoga into their lifestyle.

As one of the Island’s leading Yoga teachers, Jenny’s passion, experience and dedication in the practice of Yoga is evident in all that she teaches. Jenny is a Certified Level 3 Yoga Teacher and is registered as an Advance Trainer with the Register of Exercise Professionals, and Yoga Alliance. She has over 2500 hours teaching experience, including 200 hours training with Yogini Anne-Marie Newland, the founder of Sun Power Yoga, and is also a qualified rehab trainer. Jenny’s training allows her to draw on a large variety of yoga styles to enable her to offer yoga bespoke to the individual needs of the client.

Two rules to live by: 

  1. Enjoy, and be present in all you do. Listen to your body, learn it well. It will teach you a lot about yourself. Every day take five minutes to BREATHE!
  2. Don’t be too hard on yourself, when you relax you get results.

All levels

These classes have been specifically designed to allow participants to work at their own intensity level, with the ability to modify all exercises according to their own personal fitness.


A person new to training or an individual with below average fitness levels can be termed as a beginner. These classes are also suitable for those returning to exercise after a break/injury.


A person training at intermediate level should have a fair amount of base fitness and coordination and thus can be exposed to a higher intensity workout.


At an advanced level, the participant should have experience in subjecting themselves to high intensity training on a regular basis. Every person starting off as a beginner should aspire to reach this level.
