Private swimming lessons

Enjoy private swimming lessons with one of our  swimming instructors. Suitable for all ages and abilities, our swimming lessons are bespoke to your individual needs and are designed to help you gain confidence in the pool and improve on skills and stroke technique.

Private lessons with Elizabeth Kreuz

Lizzie is an ASA Level 1 and 2 qualified coach as well as qualified ASA pre-aquatics for baby and pre school. 

Lizzie has competed at the highest level as a national Silver and Bronze medallist and Southern champion for front, back, fly and medley. She also holds the record for the most medals won at the Island Games with 11 in total, including 6 Gold and won young sports woman of the year for the southern regions. 
Swimming and sports still a massive part of her life and she enjoys competing in many running events and also aquathlon events.

Private lessons with Fran Clayden

Fran is ASA Level 1 and 2 qualified and has been teaching swimming for the past seven years as well as having her BTF Triathlon Coaching Qualification. She has swum competitively for a club from a young age and is still a keen triathlete and open water swimmer. She has a range of experience in regards to teaching swimming and has taught children from the ages of 2- 15 years as well as teaching and coaching adults. Fran has taught at numerous swim schools and taught both children and adults at Southampton and Thames Turbo Triathlon club. She also spent four months this summer coaching swimming at a summer camp in New York State. Here she was in charge of running the Learn to Swim Programme as well as coordinating and coaching the elite swim team at the summer camp.

All levels

These classes have been specifically designed to allow participants to work at their own intensity level, with the ability to modify all exercises according to their own personal fitness.

Beginner

A person new to training or an individual with below average fitness levels can be termed as a beginner. These classes are also suitable for those returning to exercise after a break/injury.

Intermediate

A person training at intermediate level should have a fair amount of base fitness and coordination and thus can be exposed to a higher intensity workout.

Advanced

At an advanced level, the participant should have experience in subjecting themselves to high intensity training on a regular basis. Every person starting off as a beginner should aspire to reach this level.
