As a member you receive a FREE Health & Fitness Assessment. At the end of your assessment you’ll receive a report on your health and fitness levels.  By taking a 360, top-to-toe, truly personalised approach and with all your vital information to hand, we will create a bespoke programme for you. Bringing together elements from across the club, your personalised programme will help you achieve your specific goals.

We work closely with you every step of the way with regular complimentary reassessments so you can track your progress, realign your goals and keep inspired…there’s nothing more motivating than seeing results! We will support you to ensure you continue to keep you motivated and inspired, adapting your programme and recommending relevant activities and treatments from across the club to best meet your needs.

All levels

These classes have been specifically designed to allow participants to work at their own intensity level, with the ability to modify all exercises according to their own personal fitness.

Beginner

A person new to training or an individual with below average fitness levels can be termed as a beginner. These classes are also suitable for those returning to exercise after a break/injury.

Intermediate

A person training at intermediate level should have a fair amount of base fitness and coordination and thus can be exposed to a higher intensity workout.

Advanced

At an advanced level, the participant should have experience in subjecting themselves to high intensity training on a regular basis. Every person starting off as a beginner should aspire to reach this level.

Online booking is available for members for classes, activities and spa treatments.
