The Wellness HUB

Our Wellness Hub is at the heart of the club and is where you will find our team of fitness professionals, experts and therapists. Pop in to make any bookings or chat to the team for advice and tips.  The Wellness Hub is also a place for you to stop and rest and recharge for a litle while. Relax and enjoy some peaceful time-out by yourself or catch up with friends over delicious drinks and 'on the go' nutritious nibbles.

This is the beginning of our 360 food offering, which will continue to evolve as we bring you more nutritious nibbles, snacks and drinks to enjoy. Our goal is to curate a selection of simple, fresh, healthy and nutritious nibbles and drinks that complement our many activities, fitness programmes and holistic treatments, to nurture you whilst re-fuelling ‘on the go’.

We believe that sustaining a healthy diet and also enjoying the occasional ‘soul’ food is all about finding your own rhythm; restoring your balance – mind, body, lifestyle. And we know that taste is vital, so we won’t compromise on everything being totally delicious…healthy doesn’t have to mean boring or sacrificing flavour and enjoyment.

We’ve worked with a talented local nutritionist Sarah Hagen (SNHS Dip – Advanced Nutrition) to curate a range of edited healthy, nutritious options to provide you with the very best fuel for your workouts, for recovery and of course some irresistible treats…because life is about balance!

Our Wellness Hub will be open daily from 8am – 7pm on weekdays and 8am – 6pm on weekends.
