Our expert yoga teacher Jenny Andrews-Smith offers bespoke instruction and group classes, drawing on a variety of yoga styles including Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Hatha and Sivananda, to improve flexibility, balance, focus and breath awareness.

As one of the Island’s leading Yoga teachers, Jenny’s passion, experience and dedication in the practice of Yoga is evident in all that she teaches. Jenny is a Certified Level 3 Yoga Teacher and is registered as an Advance Trainer with the Register of Exercise Professionals, and Yoga Alliance. She has over 2500 hours teaching experience, including 200 hours training with Yogini Anne-Marie Newland, the founder of Sun Power Yoga, and is also a qualified rehab trainer. Jenny’s training allows her to draw on a large variety of yoga styles to enable her to offer yoga bespoke to the individual needs of the client.

As well as our yoga classes, Jenny also offers private yoga and private yoga therapy sessions. Yoga therapy or rehabilitation is a form of therapy that treats the body as a whole – focusing on disease within the whole body, rather than individual parts of the body. It’s conducted in a holistic way to bring balance and health. A series of therapeutic exercises and tools are used, including pranayama (breath control), joint freeing, hip and shoulder balancing techniques, yoga asanas (postures), shiatsu massage, body alignment skills, meditation and yoga nidra. It also creates an awareness or dietary requirements and how diet affects the whole body. It is practice to help bring the body back into balance after injury or illness – whether physical or emotional; and presents the client with a series of tools to maintain their health and wellbeing to enhance and improve their health and lifestyle.

Get involved in our Pilates programme to balance your mind and improve your posture. We offer a wide range of Pilates classes for every ability level including Fundamental Pilates, Classic Pilates, Dynamic Pilates and Matwork.

Pilates is intended to be a whole body (and mind) exercise where the emphasis is on control, precision and concentration. In Pilates, core stabilization is critical; by strengthening the abdominal muscles, lower back and buttocks the rest of the body is able to move freely. In other words, you get fitter from the inside out. The great thing about Pilates is that it doesn’t get easier, you just get better. As your physical strength increases, the work refines and redefines itself.

Pilates will increase your stamina flexibility and strength. Muscle tension will be released and stress reduced, leaving you feeling re-energised and lighter inside and out.

All levels

These classes have been specifically designed to allow participants to work at their own intensity level, with the ability to modify all exercises according to their own personal fitness.


A person new to training or an individual with below average fitness levels can be termed as a beginner. These classes are also suitable for those returning to exercise after a break/injury.


A person training at intermediate level should have a fair amount of base fitness and coordination and thus can be exposed to a higher intensity workout.


At an advanced level, the participant should have experience in subjecting themselves to high intensity training on a regular basis. Every person starting off as a beginner should aspire to reach this level.
