Group Cycle Intro (60 minutes)

Our Intro sessions are designed to offer an introduction and set-up to maximise your Group Cycle experience. During the session you will be introduced to the Technogym MyWellness app for data tracking and will complete a set-up and orientation of the market-leading Group Cycle bike. Once comfortable you will be taken on a warm up on the bike which will showcase the connective experience before completing an FTP* (functional threshold power) assessment that is used to calculate your personal 5 coloured training zones, which enables you to follow structured classes for optimal results.

group cycle (45 minutes)

These intimidation⁠-⁠free rides are bursting with entertainment and motivation with inspirational videos and music to set the mood and beat, as you pursue one another in a crescendo of rhythm and excitement to the finish line. Led by your Group Cycle coach, rides will utilise the connective technology to deliver an immersive and purposeful ride, a ride to remember. With live data you are able to measure your power, track your performance and analyse your results as you pedal your way to greater heights.

Group Cycle Pro (60 minutes)

Ride like a pro with our extended Group Cycle Pro sessions. These rides are designed to maximise results and are performed to a predefined profile for targeted training benefits. Utilising your personal training zones, calculated as a % of your FTP, the Cycle Coach will accurately guide you through the ride utilising the intuitive coloured training zones to improve your ride experience. Each profile will be expertly developed to deliver a specific training objective as well as delivering a fun and competitive ride.

All levels

These classes have been specifically designed to allow participants to work at their own intensity level, with the ability to modify all exercises according to their own personal fitness.

Beginner

A person new to training or an individual with below average fitness levels can be termed as a beginner. These classes are also suitable for those returning to exercise after a break/injury.

Intermediate

A person training at intermediate level should have a fair amount of base fitness and coordination and thus can be exposed to a higher intensity workout.

Advanced

At an advanced level, the participant should have experience in subjecting themselves to high intensity training on a regular basis. Every person starting off as a beginner should aspire to reach this level.

Online booking is available for members for classes, activities and spa treatments.
