Spring reminds us of many things; lambs, sunshine and glorious green fields. But for our team at the West Bay Coffee House it means much more, it means seasonal veggies and fruits too! All of which you will find packed into their delicious fresh juices this March. Their new ‘Spring in your step’ juice is perfect alongside your early morning workout to give you that extra boost of energy to kick-start your day! It includes... - 1 large handful of kale - 1 large handful of spinach - ½ a stalk of celery - 1 cucumber - 2 green apples - ½ a lemon - 1 handful of ice cubes Containing a rich blend of bacteria fighting superfoods such as chard and beetroot, their new ‘Sun Kissed Juice’ also packs a real punch. - A handful of chard - ½ a beetroot (raw) - 2 oranges - 3 carrots - 1cm chunk of fresh ginger - 1 handful of ice cubes Next time you are at The West Bay Country Club & Spa, why not pop into the Coffee House and give our new fresh juices a try!

All levels

These classes have been specifically designed to allow participants to work at their own intensity level, with the ability to modify all exercises according to their own personal fitness.

Beginner

A person new to training or an individual with below average fitness levels can be termed as a beginner. These classes are also suitable for those returning to exercise after a break/injury.

Intermediate

A person training at intermediate level should have a fair amount of base fitness and coordination and thus can be exposed to a higher intensity workout.

Advanced

At an advanced level, the participant should have experience in subjecting themselves to high intensity training on a regular basis. Every person starting off as a beginner should aspire to reach this level.

Online booking is available for members for classes, activities and spa treatments.
