Personal Traning Are you aware of your general health, fitness and wellbeing levels? Have you reached a plateau in your training or need new motivation? Are you looking to set measurable goals to track improvements? Our Health MOT is here to help. As a Country Club member you can book in for a free Health MOT with one of our fitness experts… In the past 12 months we’ve completed nearly 150 Health MOTs, so don’t miss out on receiving your own comprehensive health check. What’s involved? Our Health MOT is a 60 minute, in-depth assessment of your overall health and wellness, based on a series of checks and tests. At the end you’ll receive a report on your health and fitness levels and our fitness professionals will use this information, together with your aims and objectives, to design a bespoke Body4Life programme which is geared towards achieving your individual goals. Our fitness professionals work closely with you every step of the way and will contact you to book regular reassessments so that you can track your progress… there’s nothing more motivating than seeing results! Why book a Health MOT? Our team will work with you to asses your fitness and develop a plan that suits your life and provide support to help you make lasting changes.  Realign your goals and keep motivated – you’ll feel fit, healthy and energised in no time. Who is it for? For some, the Health MOT is a useful health check-up and for others it helps by providing insights to inform, guide and motivate their training programmes. All levels

These classes have been specifically designed to allow participants to work at their own intensity level, with the ability to modify all exercises according to their own personal fitness.

Beginner

A person new to training or an individual with below average fitness levels can be termed as a beginner. These classes are also suitable for those returning to exercise after a break/injury.

Intermediate

A person training at intermediate level should have a fair amount of base fitness and coordination and thus can be exposed to a higher intensity workout.

Advanced

At an advanced level, the participant should have experience in subjecting themselves to high intensity training on a regular basis. Every person starting off as a beginner should aspire to reach this level.

Online booking is available for members for classes, activities and spa treatments.
