Autumn is just around the corner, and as the nights draw in the temperatures start to drop, don’t loose your focus or motivation to stick to your health and fitness routine. Give our new exercise classes a try…

Salsa Groove

An exciting, exhilarating and fun-filled salsa inspired aerobic dance class which is great for improving cardiovascular fitness and co-ordination with carefully choreographed routines (starting Wednesday September the 25th from 9-10am).

Barre Conditioning

We are delighted to launch the Island’s first and only Barre workout class. Conducted at a ballet barre, this class combines elements of ballet, pilates and yoga. Barre classes rely mainly on your bodyweight for resistance and the moves challenge your core stability and balance. This workout is designed to achieve a ‘dancers body’ – strong and lean. This is a great class for improving body tone, posture, endurance and body awareness (starting Wednesday September 25th from 7-8pm).

Dance FIT

This West Bay Country Club ‘favourite’ will be moving to Thursdays and combines various dance styles in a high energy workout routine. Dance FIT is guaranteed to burn unwanted calories and tone your entire body (Thursday September 16th from 9-10am).

All levels

These classes have been specifically designed to allow participants to work at their own intensity level, with the ability to modify all exercises according to their own personal fitness.

Beginner

A person new to training or an individual with below average fitness levels can be termed as a beginner. These classes are also suitable for those returning to exercise after a break/injury.

Intermediate

A person training at intermediate level should have a fair amount of base fitness and coordination and thus can be exposed to a higher intensity workout.

Advanced

At an advanced level, the participant should have experience in subjecting themselves to high intensity training on a regular basis. Every person starting off as a beginner should aspire to reach this level.

Online booking is available for members for classes, activities and spa treatments.
