Introducing the Island Wellness Spa


As you may be aware our spa has been going through a transformation. Finally, after months of hard work, we are delighted to have opened the doors of our new Island Wellness Spa! We like to describe wellness as a healthy balance of the mind, body and spirit that helps us feel happy and gives us an overall feeling of good health and vitality. Our Island Wellness Spa is a place for you to enjoy natural and holistic therapies that will make your body and mind feel relaxed and your skin glow. Jane Seaman, our Director of Wellness says... “I believe it is not just about how well the treatment you’re receiving is performed but it’s all about the power of touch and connection; an experience that is given from the heart and that truly makes a difference. I have hand-picked a team who also share this belief and have been trained to work with your needs to create a deep response that will transform the way you feel.” We have been truly overwhelmed by the reaction of our first guests and can’t wait to share it with you all. Throughout the month, we will transform your 30 minute Lomi Lomi treatment into an all encompassing experience with a complimentary 15 minute Energy Balance for the Mind. Lomi Lomi is a rhythmic, gentle, flowing treatment that envelops the body with long flowing strokes. Imagine lying on a beach with warm waves rolling over your body, as it takes you to a deeply relaxing place. This experience will leave you feeling energised, focused and ready to face the day ahead. £32 for 45 minutes. All levels

These classes have been specifically designed to allow participants to work at their own intensity level, with the ability to modify all exercises according to their own personal fitness.


A person new to training or an individual with below average fitness levels can be termed as a beginner. These classes are also suitable for those returning to exercise after a break/injury.


A person training at intermediate level should have a fair amount of base fitness and coordination and thus can be exposed to a higher intensity workout.


At an advanced level, the participant should have experience in subjecting themselves to high intensity training on a regular basis. Every person starting off as a beginner should aspire to reach this level.
