We recommend The West Bay Country Club & Spa to all our friends

The advert in Baby Hampshire magazine lured us to The West Bay Country Club & Spa after the birth of our son in 2008. We had only ever used 5* cottage holidays before and none of them compared to this, particularly now we were parents. Our son learnt to walk at the club and since then, we have spent many happy times there and we still haven't explored all of the Isle of Wight. When you have small children, the secure open spaces and ability to meet other children is wonderful without the cabaret-style mobile home-type of experience! Having a swimming pool for a morning swim is a bonus especially on a rainy day followed by a delicious meal in the clubhouse. The houses are beautifully decorated, cosy and the children love the skylight in their room so they can look at the stars before they fall asleep. We now travel with a small baby so having a cot and highchair available are very useful and we know they will be clean. We recommend The West Bay Country Club & Spa to all our friends and after our numerous holidays at the club, we know there's still more of the Isle of Wight to enjoy and we're now doing it in school holiday time which is new for us. Every time we come back to The West Bay Country Club & Spa we find something different so you know the management team are always working to improve and update it. We love The West Bay Country Club & Spa and have thought of buying one of the houses many times....perhaps if we win the lottery, we'll do it! See you next summer Mr & Mrs Banning

All levels

These classes have been specifically designed to allow participants to work at their own intensity level, with the ability to modify all exercises according to their own personal fitness.

Beginner

A person new to training or an individual with below average fitness levels can be termed as a beginner. These classes are also suitable for those returning to exercise after a break/injury.

Intermediate

A person training at intermediate level should have a fair amount of base fitness and coordination and thus can be exposed to a higher intensity workout.

Advanced

At an advanced level, the participant should have experience in subjecting themselves to high intensity training on a regular basis. Every person starting off as a beginner should aspire to reach this level.

Online booking is available for members for classes, activities and spa treatments.
