I loved every moment of my short visit

I have just returned from a 4 day break at The West Bay Country Club & Spa and would like to share my thoughts with everyone. I drove through the entrance and was impressed by the attractive houses and well maintained entrance and ground.  I went to Reception to book in and was greeted by a very friendly young lady who gave me the keys to our 1 bed roomed cottage together with a slip with WI FI connection numbers and passwords (which was very useful) and then took me outside to show me where the location was. We got to the cottage I thought WOW - its was light, bright and beautifully appointed. The furnishings were tasteful and kitchen area extremely well equipped with everything you would need.  The view from our patio doors and deck were of a green area and beyond it the very impressive swimming pool and country club. We were visiting the island to catch up with friends (as I lived there for 10 years) so we didn't have much time to use the facilities but we did pop into the Country Club and see the beautiful pool and lovely restaurant. I loved every moment of my short visit and naturally will be checking in again.  Elaine Huggett

All levels

These classes have been specifically designed to allow participants to work at their own intensity level, with the ability to modify all exercises according to their own personal fitness.

Beginner

A person new to training or an individual with below average fitness levels can be termed as a beginner. These classes are also suitable for those returning to exercise after a break/injury.

Intermediate

A person training at intermediate level should have a fair amount of base fitness and coordination and thus can be exposed to a higher intensity workout.

Advanced

At an advanced level, the participant should have experience in subjecting themselves to high intensity training on a regular basis. Every person starting off as a beginner should aspire to reach this level.

Online booking is available for members for classes, activities and spa treatments.
