Meet our new team members: Hannah & Fran!

We have taken our time recruiting our new team members as we wanted to find the perfect people, and we truly have! We are thrilled to welcome Hannah and Fran to the Country Club.  Both bring new skills and with that exciting new classes... Introducing Hannah Robinson Hannah has had experience working on cruise ships as an entertainer, she has also been teaching dance and for the last couple of years she has been a qualified fitness professional here on the Island. Hannah likes water sports, cycling and dancing. Hannah will be teaching Dance Classes and Aqua Fit and will be introducing Boxercise and Aerobics. Hannah is also a qualified Nordic Walker and Boogie Bounce instructor so we are excited to introduce those new classes in the future. She also teaches Latin and Ballroom Dancing, so look out for those too. When you meet Hannah, don't forget to ask her about her pet hedgehog - ahhhhh! Introducing Fran Clayden Fran has just finished her degree in Sports Coaching and has spent the summer in the USA teaching up to 5 classes a day at a summer camp for girls. She is also a qualified swimming instructor.  Fran is a keen tri-athlete and also loves working out in the gym. Fran will be teaching Circuits, Spin and HIIT.  Fran will also be introducing an Abs session as well as a new group swimming drop in session to help members with swimming techniques and breathing, which has been much requested from our members in the past.  Fran is also currently training towards her Personal Training qualification and will be looking for new clients in the near future so watch this space!

All levels

These classes have been specifically designed to allow participants to work at their own intensity level, with the ability to modify all exercises according to their own personal fitness.

Beginner

A person new to training or an individual with below average fitness levels can be termed as a beginner. These classes are also suitable for those returning to exercise after a break/injury.

Intermediate

A person training at intermediate level should have a fair amount of base fitness and coordination and thus can be exposed to a higher intensity workout.

Advanced

At an advanced level, the participant should have experience in subjecting themselves to high intensity training on a regular basis. Every person starting off as a beginner should aspire to reach this level.

Online booking is available for members for classes, activities and spa treatments.
Non-members can book our spa treatments online, and please call 01983 766222 to book classes or activities.
