Meet our new Coffee House team

We would like to thank Hayley Dyer for all of her hard work over the last year as Coffee House Manager. Hayley has done an amazing job and we wish her lots of luck in her new role - as a qualified beauty therapist, Hayley is excited to now be part of our new West Bay Spa team as a holistic beauty therapist. We are delighted to congratulate Joey Hall in his new position as Coffee House Manager and Anna Jones and Kirstie Elms as Assistant Managers. Our team is extremely dedicated and has lots of exciting ideas and new initiatives planned. Kirstie is working on introducing a wider range of Coffees and indulgent hot drinks for our members to enjoy once the weather gets colder. Anna is very passionate about tea and is a connoisseur when it comes to our Tea Pigs speciality range. Joey loves our fresh health and vitality juices and will be introducing ‘Joey’s Juice’ of the month with some exciting new recipes as well as bringing back some of the Country Club favourites. In the kitchen we have Jan and our new full-time chef Dan who are working together to freshen up our menu and introduce some new homemade dishes, including a new range of healthy salads. The team are very keen to work with our members to ensure we produce what you would like to enjoy, so please do drop our Coffee House team an email with your thoughts and suggestions or have a chat with the team when you next visit.

All levels

These classes have been specifically designed to allow participants to work at their own intensity level, with the ability to modify all exercises according to their own personal fitness.


A person new to training or an individual with below average fitness levels can be termed as a beginner. These classes are also suitable for those returning to exercise after a break/injury.


A person training at intermediate level should have a fair amount of base fitness and coordination and thus can be exposed to a higher intensity workout.


At an advanced level, the participant should have experience in subjecting themselves to high intensity training on a regular basis. Every person starting off as a beginner should aspire to reach this level.

Online booking is available for members for classes, activities and spa treatments.
