Free kid’s activities

We understand that everyone wants something different from their summer holiday. While kids just want to have fun, sometimes we just want to relax or have time to take an exercise class or enjoy a quiet swim. To make sure that you and your children have a fantastic time this summer we have launched our kid's summer activity programme which includes wet 'n' wild fun sessions in the pool, football, racketball and table tennis. There is plenty to keep children entertained, and all sessions take place under the supervision of our expert team - leaving you time to sit back, relax and unwind.

Explore the Island

What better way to discover the Island's beautiful landscape scenery and rugged coastline than by bike! The West Bay Club's qualified trail leaders cater for beginners through to advanced cyclists and take you on rides that highlight some of the best scenery and terrain the West Wight has to offer. Rides can be tailored to experience and fitness levels and include bike hire, helmet and your guided bike ride with one of our qualified trail leaders. All levels

These classes have been specifically designed to allow participants to work at their own intensity level, with the ability to modify all exercises according to their own personal fitness.

Beginner

A person new to training or an individual with below average fitness levels can be termed as a beginner. These classes are also suitable for those returning to exercise after a break/injury.

Intermediate

A person training at intermediate level should have a fair amount of base fitness and coordination and thus can be exposed to a higher intensity workout.

Advanced

At an advanced level, the participant should have experience in subjecting themselves to high intensity training on a regular basis. Every person starting off as a beginner should aspire to reach this level.

Online booking is available for members for classes, activities and spa treatments.
