Get in shape for summer with our three new exercise classes:

Bootcamp is back

This ‘hard graft’ military style session incorporates numerous training methods and is a highly varied class – expect to sweat! (Mon 6-7pm).


If you are looking for a total body workout, this high energy class focuses on 20 minutes of Cardio, 20 Minutes of Toning and 20 minutes of Abs and Core (Mon 6-7pm).

Body Sculpt

For all over toning and burning lots of calories, this studio based resistance class with lively and energetic music is just what you need (Tues 9-10am). Our three new classes start from w/c27th May, please book your place by calling our Country Club team on 01983 766222 or email

Fun for the kids

Our weekend dance class courses start from May half term and run through the summer. Lil’ Hip Hoppers and Street Dance is great fun, keeps kids active and teaches new skills at the same time. Lil’ Hip Hoppers (Ages 4 – 7) Saturday: 10:15 – 10:45 Street Dance (Ages 8 – 14) Saturday: 11:00 – 12:00

All levels

These classes have been specifically designed to allow participants to work at their own intensity level, with the ability to modify all exercises according to their own personal fitness.


A person new to training or an individual with below average fitness levels can be termed as a beginner. These classes are also suitable for those returning to exercise after a break/injury.


A person training at intermediate level should have a fair amount of base fitness and coordination and thus can be exposed to a higher intensity workout.


At an advanced level, the participant should have experience in subjecting themselves to high intensity training on a regular basis. Every person starting off as a beginner should aspire to reach this level.

Online booking is available for members for classes, activities and spa treatments.
