Rain doesn’t stop play at West Bay!

Children_Playing Come rain or shine there is always lots to do at West Bay for little ones, teenagers and adults alike. So this Half-Term come and join the fun at the Country Club, stay in comfort in your home-from-home, and let us take the hassle out of entertaining the whole family. With so many fun-filled activities available right here on site, entertaining the kids is easy. And what’s more there are brand new play mates just waiting to be made with all the other families on site. The fun includes water-polo, tennis, trampolining, football, basketball, cricket and much more besides - all included for free under the supervision of our expert team; plus all activities can be moved indoors so rain will never stop play! In addition to these, our ever popular Scuba Diving lessons are back for half term by popular demand, take a look at our activities programme to find out details and be sure to book ahead! Whilst the children are being entertained you’ll be free to enjoy a little me-time. Why not make the most of it by taking a dip in our indoor pool, relaxing with a spa treatment, getting fit in our gym or fitness classes, or simply taking some time out in the Coffee House with a vitality boosting freshly-made juice, delicious coffee or light snack. Our houses offer a real home-from home experience with all the creature comforts you would expect and hope for. Living areas are furnished with comfort in mind, and each kitchen is well equipped. There are fifteen acres of landscaped grounds and pathways to explore, which are gated and child-safe so that toddlers can run around freely and play games on the grass and older children can ride their bikes and scooters on the open pathways. All levels

These classes have been specifically designed to allow participants to work at their own intensity level, with the ability to modify all exercises according to their own personal fitness.


A person new to training or an individual with below average fitness levels can be termed as a beginner. These classes are also suitable for those returning to exercise after a break/injury.


A person training at intermediate level should have a fair amount of base fitness and coordination and thus can be exposed to a higher intensity workout.


At an advanced level, the participant should have experience in subjecting themselves to high intensity training on a regular basis. Every person starting off as a beginner should aspire to reach this level.

Online booking is available for members for classes, activities and spa treatments.
