  Are you ready to take the West Bay Adventure challenge? We love the National Trust's list of '50 things to do before you are 11 ¾' and you can tick them all off here on the Isle of Wight - Adventure Island! Let kids set their wild side free and explore the great outdoors, learn new skills and try something different. From climbing trees to jumping over waves, running in the rain to flying a kite, catching autumn leaves to baking a mud pie, fossil hunting to catching a crab  -  get stuck into our 50 awesome outdoor adventures and the crazy creatures, awesome antics and hidden treasures that it holds. Remember the first time you skimmed a stone or climbed a tree? Introducing children to 50 things to do before you’re 11 ¾ doesn’t just encourage their love of nature, it’s a way for you to revisit it too. Pick up a checklist from our team when you arrive and get exploring! We can point you in the right direction to help you with each challenge. You'll be a seasoned adventurer by the time you manage to tick all 50 challenges off your list. So pack your wellies and outdoor gear and come and discover Adventure Island! 1. Climb a tree 2. Roll down a really big hill 3. Go out camping in the wild 4. Build a den 5. Skim a stone 6. Run around in the rain 7. Fly a kite 8. Catch a fish with a net 9. Eat an apple straight from a tree 10. Play conkers 11. Go on a really long bike ride 12. Make a trail with sticks 13. Make a mud pie 14. Dam a stream 16. Make a daisy chain 17. Set up a snail race 18. Create some wild art 19. Play pooh sticks 20. Jump over waves 21. Pick blackberries growing in the wild 22. Explore inside a tree 23. Visit a farm 24. Go on a walk barefoot 25. Make a grass trumpet 26. All levels

These classes have been specifically designed to allow participants to work at their own intensity level, with the ability to modify all exercises according to their own personal fitness.

Beginner

A person new to training or an individual with below average fitness levels can be termed as a beginner. These classes are also suitable for those returning to exercise after a break/injury.

Intermediate

A person training at intermediate level should have a fair amount of base fitness and coordination and thus can be exposed to a higher intensity workout.

Advanced

At an advanced level, the participant should have experience in subjecting themselves to high intensity training on a regular basis. Every person starting off as a beginner should aspire to reach this level.

Online booking is available for members for classes, activities and spa treatments.
