Spin H.I.I.T. Comes to West Bay


This month we’re launching an exciting new class for the West Bay Club - Spin H.I.I.T. This is a short sharp spin class lasting 45 minutes so it’s ideal for those who struggle to find time in their busy schedules. The class focuses on High Intensity Interval Training and is great for building fitness levels, burning calories and toning legs. Taking place on Tuesday mornings 7.30 – 8.15 am it is the perfect energy boosting way to start the day. Plus it complements the early morning Insanity class on a Thursday too so that you can build the perfect high intensity fitness regime right here at West Bay. This class is free to all members and £5.50 for non-members. Please contact a member of our team for more information and to book your place.

All levels

These classes have been specifically designed to allow participants to work at their own intensity level, with the ability to modify all exercises according to their own personal fitness.


A person new to training or an individual with below average fitness levels can be termed as a beginner. These classes are also suitable for those returning to exercise after a break/injury.


A person training at intermediate level should have a fair amount of base fitness and coordination and thus can be exposed to a higher intensity workout.


At an advanced level, the participant should have experience in subjecting themselves to high intensity training on a regular basis. Every person starting off as a beginner should aspire to reach this level.
