The Isle of Wight is a walker’s paradise offering over 500 miles of footpaths winding through fields and forests with spectacular scenery and a variety of terrains. What’s more, our 64 miles of coastal paths run adjacent to some of the country’s most dramatic coastline and beautiful coves and beaches. The Autumn Walking Weekend comprises 60 walks for all ages and abilities which are led by a friendly and knowledgeable team of walk leaders, who promise to take you on a journey of mystery, intrigue and exploration as you traverse the Island’s countryside, woodland, pastures, meadows and footpaths. There are plenty of walks for little ones to join in too, plus they can also enjoy fossil hunting, and walking with the friendly West Wight Alpaca. All levels

These classes have been specifically designed to allow participants to work at their own intensity level, with the ability to modify all exercises according to their own personal fitness.

Beginner

A person new to training or an individual with below average fitness levels can be termed as a beginner. These classes are also suitable for those returning to exercise after a break/injury.

Intermediate

A person training at intermediate level should have a fair amount of base fitness and coordination and thus can be exposed to a higher intensity workout.

Advanced

At an advanced level, the participant should have experience in subjecting themselves to high intensity training on a regular basis. Every person starting off as a beginner should aspire to reach this level.
