Take our new Health MOT!

Head over to our Country Club this Spring for your very own Health MOT! During this 60 minute session a Fitness Professional from our team will conduct an in-depth assessment of your overall health. At the end of the MOT we will give you your very own printed report of your performance that will give you a better understanding of your overall health and fitness level. Once you’ve completed your MOT, our fitness professionals will use this information, together with your aims and objectives to design a bespoke Body4Life programme which has been geared towards achieving your individual goals. Our fitness professionals will work closely with you every step of the way and will contact you to book a reassessment to plot your progress. Best of all, it’s completely free and inclusive as part of your membership here at the West Bay Country Club! What we measure in our Health MOT...

  • Body Composition (Body Fat %)
  • Waist to Hip Ratio
  • Resting Heart Rate
  • Peak Flow
  • Total Blood Cholesterol
  • Aerobic Fitness

  • Blood Sugar levels.
  • Muscular Strength and Endurance
  • Flexibility
During your Health MOT you will also have the opportunity to discuss your hydration, alcohol intake, sleep quality and any existing injuries with our West Bay Fitness Professional. All levels

These classes have been specifically designed to allow participants to work at their own intensity level, with the ability to modify all exercises according to their own personal fitness.


A person new to training or an individual with below average fitness levels can be termed as a beginner. These classes are also suitable for those returning to exercise after a break/injury.


A person training at intermediate level should have a fair amount of base fitness and coordination and thus can be exposed to a higher intensity workout.


At an advanced level, the participant should have experience in subjecting themselves to high intensity training on a regular basis. Every person starting off as a beginner should aspire to reach this level.

Online booking is available for members for classes, activities and spa treatments.
