Exterior-OTR A pit-stop at Off The Rails Café is a must for those returning from a walk or bike ride along Yarmouth’s old railway line. Ideally located next to Wight Cycle Hire, and offering picturesque views over the Yar Estuary, this quaint café is the perfect place to grab a bite and recharge your batteries after exercise. Off The Rails' focus on fuss-free, classic dishes means you’ll leave the restaurant full and satisfied, no matter your choice. With breakfast options available, as well as a selection of home-made cakes, the café is the perfect rest-stop at any time of day. The food is fantastic, but what really sets this place apart is its décor and heritage. Once part of Yarmouth Railway Station, the building was lovingly renovated and reopened as a restaurant and haven for cyclists, walkers, tourists and locals in 2014. Its history is reflected in its furnishings, with vintage luggage and railway signs, as well as London Underground-style upholstery adding to its quirky charm. All levels

These classes have been specifically designed to allow participants to work at their own intensity level, with the ability to modify all exercises according to their own personal fitness.

Beginner

A person new to training or an individual with below average fitness levels can be termed as a beginner. These classes are also suitable for those returning to exercise after a break/injury.

Intermediate

A person training at intermediate level should have a fair amount of base fitness and coordination and thus can be exposed to a higher intensity workout.

Advanced

At an advanced level, the participant should have experience in subjecting themselves to high intensity training on a regular basis. Every person starting off as a beginner should aspire to reach this level.

Online booking is available for members for classes, activities and spa treatments.
