Family on cliffside path leaning on fence and smiling With February Half Term comes the first glimmer of spring, and after spending a long winter cooped up indoors, a fuss-free family holiday with the kids can be a fantastic way to brush off those winter blues. West Bay’s Kids’ Programme of activities is bursting with entertainment for your kids to enjoy, but that’s just the start – the Isle of Wight is full of natural beauty, steeped in history, and there’s so much for both adults and children to do here. The opportunity to get out and explore is one that can’t be missed, but with so much on offer, it can be hard to know where to begin! In this series of blogs, we aim to give you the low-down on the events and places worth a visit this Half Term. With fun-packed days out for kids, as well as unspoilt beaches and rugged coastline to explore, you can be sure you’ll get the most out of your Island experience. You’ll be wishing you could stay a little longer!

All levels

These classes have been specifically designed to allow participants to work at their own intensity level, with the ability to modify all exercises according to their own personal fitness.

Beginner

A person new to training or an individual with below average fitness levels can be termed as a beginner. These classes are also suitable for those returning to exercise after a break/injury.

Intermediate

A person training at intermediate level should have a fair amount of base fitness and coordination and thus can be exposed to a higher intensity workout.

Advanced

At an advanced level, the participant should have experience in subjecting themselves to high intensity training on a regular basis. Every person starting off as a beginner should aspire to reach this level.

Online booking is available for members for classes, activities and spa treatments.
