Bicycle Island
500 miles of trails criss-cross the Island from flat country lanes to super challenging chalk trails - there is something for all abilities to enjoy. Exploring the beautiful landscape and rugged coastline couldn't be easier with our cycle routes...complete with recommended pit stops!
    Soak it all in… The beautiful scenery that we enjoy across our Island home is a fantastic antidote to the stress of modern day life – fresh sea air, dramatic countryside views and beautiful sunsets.  You could never discover every secluded bay and panoramic vista..but you can try and our walking routes are the perfect way to discover as much as possible.   Foodie paradise  With long hours of sunshine, rich and fertile soils and its southerly location, the Isle of Wight is a foodie paradise! Around our shores you will find foraged, seasonal and home-made delicacies, crab shacks, farm shops and roadside produce stands – all providing food fresh from our soil and seas. All levels

These classes have been specifically designed to allow participants to work at their own intensity level, with the ability to modify all exercises according to their own personal fitness.

Beginner

A person new to training or an individual with below average fitness levels can be termed as a beginner. These classes are also suitable for those returning to exercise after a break/injury.

Intermediate

A person training at intermediate level should have a fair amount of base fitness and coordination and thus can be exposed to a higher intensity workout.

Advanced

At an advanced level, the participant should have experience in subjecting themselves to high intensity training on a regular basis. Every person starting off as a beginner should aspire to reach this level.

Online booking is available for members for classes, activities and spa treatments.
