  Get the party started with one of our NEW West Bay Active Kids Parties. Kids parties can be hard to organise! We have the solution – whether it’s for a princess, a pirate, a footballer or a superhero, get the kids ready for a party they’ll never forget at one of our Active Kids Parties… Fun whatever the weather Come rain or shine, we have plenty of activities to ensure happy faces. Hosted by our team of fitness professionals, children will be in safe hands and will have lots of fun and all activities can be brought inside if the weather turns bad. We’ll do everything; we’ll even bake the cake! Enjoy all the fun and all of the excitement, with none of the mess and none of the stress. And the food’s good too – all provided by our team who know a thing or two about keeping things healthy, fun and yummy for even the fussiest of eaters. We offer exciting party packages that allow you to sit back and relax whilst our experienced team of fitness professionals organise, run and provide everything needed for a successful party. Each party includes the music, decorations, organised activities, party food and the all-important party bags. We can make your party bespoke to your needs and ideas. Here are a few suggestions…
  • Pool: Splash out with an organised game of water polo, wet ‘n’ wild play session with floats and woggles, and plenty of games.
  • Football or Tennis: Enjoy a session with one of our experts including fun and games and a friendly match.
  • Sports Hall Fun & Games: Kwick cricket, frisbee, basketball, table tennis and much more!
  • Pamper time: Perfect for slightly older children we can offer mini manicure pamper sessions.

All levels

These classes have been specifically designed to allow participants to work at their own intensity level, with the ability to modify all exercises according to their own personal fitness.

Beginner

A person new to training or an individual with below average fitness levels can be termed as a beginner. These classes are also suitable for those returning to exercise after a break/injury.

Intermediate

A person training at intermediate level should have a fair amount of base fitness and coordination and thus can be exposed to a higher intensity workout.

Advanced

At an advanced level, the participant should have experience in subjecting themselves to high intensity training on a regular basis. Every person starting off as a beginner should aspire to reach this level.

Online booking is available for members for classes, activities and spa treatments.
